Thankful for an aunt who makes her nieces feel right at home on Thanksgiving.

Thankful for lots of places to color.

Thankful for finding quiet spaces for reading books.

Thankful for surprises you find in the guest room.

Thankful for parks.

Thankful for family, and for brothers who grow mustaches out for “Movember.”

Thankful for nice weather to go paddle boating in.

Thankful for carousel rides (even if we’re a little nervous – she ended up loving it).

Thankful to have a spot to record some of it down. Thankful for those of you who read it now and then.

On to the Christmas season we go!

Haha! I love this comment. I felt I had to let readers know what Geoff was doing. I think Movember is his favorite month of the year. Did you see my mom’s comment back to you? 🙂 And yes, my dad did get his workout in that morning. Happy Thanksgiving to you!

I think one day I’m going to write a post just using the comments from you and Alison. The thing would write itself!

it’s the same kind of dog that reassures me every day that *i* haven’t aged in 20 years. and that pregnancy weight is “cute”. but really, mrs. lewis, you look great, and your family is just beautiful.

You haven’t aged in 20 years….my goodness, have we known each other that long?!?!
And baby fat IS cute. You just gave birth to a HUMAN. Besides, you looked about three months pregnant when you were nine so I don’t want to hear it.
