Ain’t No Party Like a Double H Party

in Uncategorized on 25/10/11

There was a party.

It had face-painting.

There was hopscotch, and bowling, and bubbles.

We built our own cupcakes with sprinkles and candles on them.

There were “real” cupcakes, too.

There was Pin the Tail on the Donkey.

And there were presents.

All this was to celebrate two little girls we know who are turning 3 and 5.

When I was planning the party, I worried what I did wasn’t enough.  Maybe the activities were lame.  Maybe the cupcakes wouldn’t turn out.  Maybe we should have gone to Romp n’ Roll for the party.  But when it was all over, Harper was lying on the couch finishing a lollipop and she said, “Mom, that birthday party was so fun.”

So I think everyone had a good time.
